Recipe Three Chocolate Cake



History

In the beginning, chocolate was a precious substance used for religious ceremonies. When chocolate was introduced to Europe, other possibilities were explored. Confections, icings, puddings and baked goods embraced chocolate flavor.
In the first half of the 19th century the typical chocolate cake was a yellow or spice cake meant to accompany a
chocolate beverage. In the second quarter of the 19th century the typical chocolate cake was either a white or yellow cake with chocolate icing. It is not until the middle of the 19th century we begin to see chocolate as an ingredient in baked goods By the beginning of the 20th century chocolate cakes, as we know them today.

We’re going to do this recipe with Thermomix.

Ingredients:

-       A envelope of cookies

-       Three tablespoons of butter

-       750 gr of whipping cream

-       Three envelopes of curd

-       750 gr of milk

-       150 grams of black chocolate.

-       150 grams of milk chocolate

-       150 grams of white chocolate
Choose this container.    
 

 


Preparation:

·         Crush the cookies with a fork.

·         Melt the butter. Then, throw the crushed cookies with the butter to the container. Put it in the fridge.

·         Meanwhile, grate the black chocolate during 5-10 seconds. Add 250 gr of whipping cream, 250 gr of milk and one envelope of curd. Program 7 minutes, 90º, speed 5. Turn it over the recipe.

·         Grate the white chocolate during 5-10 seconds. Add 250 gr of whipping cream, 250 gr of milk and one envelope of curd. Program 7 minutes, 90º, speed 5. Before turning it over the recipe and scratch the black chocolate, so that the layers can’t mix. Put it in the fridge.

·         Grate the milk chocolate during 5-10 seconds. Add 250 gr of whipping cream, 250 gr of milk and one envelope of curd. Program 7 minutes, 90º, speed 5.

·         Leave the cake in the fridge
